We start with fresh aromatic Tahitian Vanilla beans which we slowly grind by hand, then we steep them for 3 hours in a soft, creamy chocolate ganache, allow it to cool, drape them one by one in a delicate shell of Compartes signature 77% dark chocolate single origin cocoa, and dress them up in stunning tuxedos.
