Compartes Chocolatier owner Jonathan Grahm began working in his family's chocolate shop, established in 1950, when he was just 15 years old.
Now 25, the chocolate maestro has been featured in such publications as Bon Appetit and Food & Wine for his candy craftsmanship.
Jonathan's Signature Truffles are filled with ganache and decorated with an array; of patters from elephants to diamonds, as well as argyle, gingham and leopard prints.
