Since 25-year-old Jonathan Grahm took over as chocolatier at Compartes Chocolatier, the organic confections have gotten so glamourous they're almost too elegant to eat...Almost. "People get past the edible artwork once they bite into one of our chocolates, " says Grahm, who debuts his limited-edition passionfruit, lavender and mango-saffron truffles for Valentine's Day.
Compartes Chocolatier has been handcrafting chocolate since 1950 in small batches in Los Angeles California. Blending locally sourced ingredients with the best chocolate from around the globe to create our unique versions of chocolate as art.
