Our No Melt Guarantee ensures your handmade chocolates are protected during warm weather transit. As an atelier of handmade, perishable food items, returns and refunds are not offered. Compartés reserves the right to limit replacements.
Our No Melt Guarantee
If your chocolate arrives melted due to warm weather, we will replace it. To help us maintain our craftsmanship standards, please contact our Customer Support within 24 hours of delivery with a detailed description and photograph(s) of the arrival condition. We will promptly assist you with a replacement or an exchange of equal value.
Due to the perishable nature of our chocolate, claims submitted without photographic support cannot be processed.
Shipping & Delivery Guidelines
To guarantee optimum freshness, we ship all orders with no signature required. We strongly recommend shipping to a business or residence where someone is present to receive the package promptly. We will ship your order to the exact address provided; please include a complete physical street address, including any necessary company names, suites, or apartment numbers.
Delivery Exceptions
Our guarantee is valid only on correctly addressed orders successfully delivered on the first attempt. Compartés cannot offer complimentary replacements for failed deliveries or compromised products when:
An incorrect or outdated address is provided.
The address is missing a valid suite or apartment number.
The recipient is out of town or unavailable to retrieve the package.
The carrier reroutes the order or the package is not retrieved promptly upon delivery.
Reshipments & Returns
Shipments returned to our facility or requiring rerouting due to address errors are subject to additional charges for reshipment. Because extended transit times compromise our delicate chocolates, Compartés may deem returned items unsuitable for redelivery, and any new replacement order will be at the customer's expense.
