WHAT ALLERGENS ARE CONTAINED IN YOUR PRODUCTS?
All of our products are processed in a facility that handles dairy, peanuts, wheat, soy and tree nuts. We do our utmost to avoid cross-contaminating and separate everything we make by hand so as to ensure quality and safety, though we cannot guarantee 100% that there was no cross-contamination.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All of our products are handmade, perishable items. As such our chocolates are non-returnable and non-refundable.

CAN I DO A LOCAL DELIVERY VIA MESSENGER/COURIER?
Absolutely, we offer a local delivery service in Los Angeles and the surrounding area, with a variety of delivery speeds. Deliveries can be made on the same day. Pricing varies depending on destination, typically ranging from $15 – $40. Please contact us for a quote.
CAN I DO SAME-DAY DELIVERY?
Yes, we offer a same-day delivery service to Los Angeles and the surrounding area via messenger/courier. Please contact us for a quote.
DO I NEED TO ADD ICE PACKS TO MY ORDER?
Generally between the months of February and October or when the temperature exceeds 70F, typically all orders will require ice packs. These consist of a reusable non-toxic gel refrigerant. Options for ice packs will be displayed online at checkout. During the summer months ice packs are mandatory and ensure your chocolates arrive in optimum condition.
CAN I SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Absolutely, we ship internationally, the price will be reflected in your shopping cart online during the checkout process.
HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
When you place an order on our website, you will receive an email the day that your package ships out from our chocolate factory; this email will contain the tracking number for the package.
DO PACKAGES REQUIRE A SIGNATURE?
Unless specifically requested via phone for an additional charge, all of our packages do not require a signature.

Compartes uses no conveyor belts, chocolate waterfalls or high-tech machinery; all of our chocolates are meticulously handcrafted by our team of chocolatiers on a daily basis in Los Angeles with delicious ingredients and a whole lot of love.
