What is a collection?
Two a year. Fall / Winter runs October through January; Spring, In Bloom, runs February through May. Four editions in each, one shipping on the 5th of every month in the run.
When does my first box ship?
Every edition ships on the 5th of its month and arrives within two days, and your first is the next edition scheduled in the collection. You get a notification the day before it goes out, with tracking and a preview of what’s inside.
Can I cancel, pause, or skip an edition?
Skip any edition up to 48 hours before ship day, from the member portal. You stay in the collection, so there is no pausing and no re-signing up. A collection is prepaid and never renews, so there is no standing subscription to cancel.
What happens if it melts?
Every edition ships two-day in insulated packaging, with cold packs through the warm months. If it arrives melted we replace it, that is the No Melt Guarantee. Tell the concierge and they will arrange it.
What’s actually in a box?
A selection built for that month, different every edition, and always including pieces we don’t sell on the site. The contents stay a surprise until it arrives; the full ingredient list goes up in the member portal the week before ship day.
Are there nuts, dairy or gluten?
Our chocolate is made in a facility that handles milk, peanuts, wheat, egg, soy, tree nuts and sesame. Each edition’s full ingredient list is published in the member portal the week before ship day, so you can skip any edition that will not work for you. For anything more specific, the concierge is on call.
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes. Prepaid, no recurring billing. Choose one collection or both, ship to their address, and add a note; the recipient starts with the next edition and gets everything a member gets, first access included.
Does a prepaid collection renew automatically?
Never. You pay once, and it ends when the last edition arrives. No standing charge, nothing to cancel. When the next collection opens, members are invited first, and you decide again.
Do members really get things first?
Yes. Every collection reaches members before it goes public, and some pieces, like collaborations, private reserve, and off-menu editions, never make the website at all.
What about the pieces that sell out?
Your allocation is held. When a limited release sells out publicly, your place in the collection keeps a box aside for you.
