What's inside a Compartés chocolate advent calendar?
Twenty-four chocolates, one behind each door, made by hand in Los Angeles. Flavors run to spiced gingerbread, crème brûlée, linzer cookie, poached pear and black forest gâteau, and each calendar has its own set.
Which one should I get?
The Winter Fox is the woodland one, snowy trails and a golden key. The Enchanted Castle is the royal one, moonlit gardens and a gentle dragon. The Nutcracker is the ballet, twinkling ballrooms and a grand celebration. The flavors differ in all three, so pick the story you like. Or collect all three.
Will it melt on the way?
Every order ships under our No Melt Guarantee. We pack with ice, watch the weather, and in warm conditions send early in the week so nothing sits in transit over a weekend. If it arrives melted we replace it.

We hand-make every piece in our chocolate advent calendars in our Los Angeles kitchen. Each calendar holds 24 chocolates with flavors made for the season, from spiced gingerbread and linzer cookie to crème brûlée and black forest gâteau. Across the three worlds you’ll find white, milk, and dark chocolate. Every world has its own lineup. Look for “A Taste of the 24” under each calendar above to find the flavors that suit the person opening it.
Giving and Enjoying Your Calendar
A chocolate advent calendar is a gift opened twenty-four times, so it keeps you in someone’s thoughts through the whole season, whether it goes to a partner, a host, or a valued client. The first door opens on December 1 and the last on Christmas Eve.
