Common questions

Where is my order, and can I track it?
You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships. You can also sign in to your account to see status and past orders, or email concierge@compartes.com with your order number.
Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?
Yes. Order online, choose Compartés (Curbside) at checkout, and collect it in Los Angeles. Pickup is free and you do not need to leave your car. Our curbside pickup page has the address, hours and directions.
How soon will I hear back?
Our concierge typically replies in 24-48 hours, Monday to Friday. For urgent or date-certain requests, call (310) 826-3380.
Will my chocolate survive warm weather?
Yes. Every order ships under our No Melt Guarantee, packed with ice and timed around the weather. If anything arrives melted, we replace and reship it.
What is the minimum for custom or branded chocolate?
Standard custom orders start at 50 units with about a two-week turnaround. Fully bespoke projects start at 1,000 units.
Can I add a gift message?
Yes, you can add a personal note at checkout. For larger or branded gifts we also offer custom cards and packaging.
Do you have vegan or gluten free options?
Many of our bars are vegan and gluten free. We are not kosher certified, so we cannot confirm kosher status, and our team is happy to help with any specific dietary need.
