Do you make custom chocolate for weddings and party favors?
Yes. Weddings, showers, birthdays, and celebrations of every kind are some of our most-loved custom work. We create personalized favors, monogrammed bars, and bespoke boxes in your colors and design, at quantities that suit an intimate dinner or a several-hundred-guest reception. What are the minimum order quantities?
Our standard minimum is 50 units per custom order. For bespoke VIP gifting we can sometimes accommodate smaller runs by request. Every order receives the same Compartés craftsmanship.
What is the turnaround time?
New custom orders typically take approximately 2 weeks from proof approval to delivery. Reorders of existing designs ship in 24–48 hours. Rush production is available for an additional fee, just let your concierge know.
Can I reorder my custom chocolates?
Yes. Once your custom plates and artwork are set up, you can reorder the same gift as many times as you need. Most reorders ship within 24 to 48 hours.
Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes. Pricing is tiered by quantity per order, so a run of 1,000 boxes will price lower per unit than a run of 10. Email custom@compartes.com for a full pricing guide and we will tailor a quote to your budget.
Do you ship in warm weather?
Yes. We offer a No-Melt Guarantee with specialized insulation and ice packs engineered to ensure your chocolates arrive in perfect condition, regardless of season or destination.
Can you match our exact brand colors?
Absolutely. We use advanced edible printing technology that allows for precise Pantone matching on both the chocolate surface and the packaging, ensuring your brand guidelines are followed to the letter. There is no real limit on color count, only a one-time setup fee based on the complexity of your final design.
What fully custom options are available?
Beyond our standard custom logo program, we offer fully bespoke services including custom chocolate molds, proprietary packaging design, embossed logo chocolates, and custom chocolate bar creation. Fully bespoke projects require a minimum order of 1,000 units.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes. We offer a range of options including vegan and gluten-free chocolates. We are not kosher certified. If you have specific dietary requirements for your corporate event or gifting program, your concierge will work with our kitchen to find the perfect solution.
