Chocolates are made fresh to order.
We offer same-day delivery in the Los Angeles area. Please contact us to place an order.
Cut-off time for Next-Day shipments is 12:00 PM PST. If your order must arrive by a certain date or time, please contact us to receive confirmation from us directly and make sure we can guarantee the delivery time for you.
We pack ALL orders with FREE ICE PACKS to help them stay cool during transit to a hot destination.
FREE PICK UP
We offer a free pick up option. Place your order online, enter a shipping address, proceed to shipping options and select pick up. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready to pick up. Please call us at 310.826.3380 if you need your order urgently or if you'd like to confirm it is ready for pick up. Pick up is available at our La Brea location Monday - Thursday.
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
We make our very best effort to ensure that every order goes out within 24-72 hours during business days. Please note additional time is needed during peak holiday rush times (Christmas, Black Friday, Valentine's, Easter, Mother's Day, etc)
Please note, Compartés is not responsible or accountable for any international customs fees, duties, clearance, tariffs, import taxes or any other fees assessed by any local office. Compartés is also not responsible for any delays due to customs.
For Saturday deliveries please contact us. UPS offers a Saturday delivery option for an additional cost.
Order processing time are extended during holiday periods such Christmas/Chanukah, Valentine’s, and Easter, due to the large amount of orders we receive.
Compartés is not responsible for shipping addresses entered incorrectly. Any additional costs or reshipments incurred due to an incorrect address will be the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping promos/specials are for Continental USA orders only.
Only USPS can deliver to PO Boxes or APO & FPO locations. For orders over $100 shipping to these locations, please contact us.
During holiday periods (including Christmas, Valentine’s, Easter), we try our best to ship orders every day of the week.
During hot weather (Summer) our shipping days are only Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. We may at our discretion, depending upon the weather conditions, choose not to ship out orders on any other day. This is to prevent the chocolates from melting in transit or a shipping facility that is not temperature controlled. It is in our best interest for you to receive our delicious award-winning chocolates in optimum condition.
As a retailer of handmade perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns. However, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us. We are here to help!
